Third Party Monitoring of Vehicle Inspection and Certification System:
The project costs 102.26 million. It would hire consultancy services to review, monitor, audit and evaluate the performance of the project titled, “Vehicle Inspection and Certification System (VICS)” being executed under PPP mode. It would review, monitor the technical financial performance of concessionaire and ensure smooth operations of VICS Stations in Punjab.
