How to Apply For Digital Route Permit & NOC Online
The application duly filled by the applicant on the prescribed form must accompanied by the following documents:
- Affidavit (sample)
- Copy of CNIC
- Proof ownership (Registration Book)
- Proof of token tax paid
- Proof of valid fitness certificate
- Third-party Risk Insurance (sample)
- Route permit fee fixed from time to time by government
- Passenger Guarantee (only for inter-city stage carriages permits) (sample)
Fee Deposit
The fee is charged through a bank challan. The applicants can deposit the route permit fee through any branch of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Over The Counter (OTC) in GoPb Biller or by Alternative Delivery Channel (ADC) through all banks. In case of renewal of route permit, the owner shall make an application one month before the expiry of the permit with a fee of PKR 650/- through any branch of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Over The Counter (OTC) in GoPb Biller or by Alternative Delivery Channel (ADC) through all banks to avoid the late fee. The late fee charged is PKR 300/- per month or part of a month.
